BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo women's basketball team will host their final regular season game on Saturday afternoon as the Bulls host Ohio at 2:00 pm at Alumni Arena. Prior to the game, UB will honor its four person senior class of Kourtney Brown, Jessica Fortman, Bridgette Kendricks and Ashley Zuber.
Buffalo is 14-13 on the season and 7-7 in the MAC following a 77-74 win over Miami (OH) on Wednesday night. The Bulls are led by Brown, who is averaging 21.8 points and 12.1 rebounds per game, which is ninth and fourth in the nation, respectively. Brown had 29 points and five blocked shots in the win over the RedHawks. Zuber, who had 10 points and eight assists against Miami, is now up to seventh in the nation in assists per game at 6.2.
The Bobcats are 7-20 on the season and 3-11 in the MAC following a 68-62 loss at Kent State on Wednesday night. Ohio is led by Tenishia Benson, who is averaging 13.6 points per game and 7.2 rebounds per contest. The Bulls defeated Ohio earlier this season, 65-51 in Athens.
