DETROIT, MI - Fans of Buffalo Bulls football will have numerous chance to follow along for the 2012 Mid-American Conference's Football Media Day, to be held at Ford Field in Detroit, MI. The event will be aired exclusively on ESPN3 and will also be covered live on Twitter.
Recently, the Mid-American Conference and ESPN announced that this year's 2012 MAC Football Media Day will be shown live nationally on ESPN3. The event will highlight the league's annual kickoff event on Tuesday, July 24. MAC Media Day coverage on ESPN3 will kick off a record number of exclusive MAC events available live on the network with over 15 games scheduled for the upcoming season. The event will be carried live from 8:30 a.m. – Noon ET and will feature each of the league's head coaches as well as selected student-athletes from the 13 football institutions.
Head coach Jeff Quinn will be joined by junior Khalil Mack and Branden Oliver at the event. The pair of players are entering the 2012 season as one of the top offensive-defensive duos in the conference. Mack was recently named to two watch lists (the Bronko Nagurski Trophy, and Rotary Lombardi Award), and Oliver made a trio of impressive watch lists (Maxwell Award, Doak Walker Award, and Walter Camp Award).
