Freshman (2008): Appeared in all 14 games and started eight at middle linebacker...beginning at Missouri (9/20), started eight straight games...had 42 tackles (13 solo)...added two tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry...had six tackles in his first career start at Missouri...had five tackles, including a half tackle for loss at Central Michigan (9/27)...had four tackles and a quarterback hurry against Miami (OH) (11/4)...had a season-high eight tackles, including one for a loss at Bowling Green (11/21)...had five tackles against Kent State (11/28).

High School: Named All-Region and was an East-West All-Star while playing at Independence High School for head coach Jason Eubanks...versatile athlete who also played running back and ran for 1,300 yards and 25 touchdowns as a senior...his Eagles team were regional champions and runner-up in the state championship...high school teammate of fellow Bull Isaac Baugh.
