Previous School: Played for two seasons for coach Bill Angelo’s Elgin Community College, playing in the outfield... 2009 First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Region... 2010 First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-Region... led the team to the 2009-10 Sectional Championships 

High School: Was a two-time letter winner and captain for the Willowbrook Warriors... played 2nd base and pitched for head coach Steve Gilliam.  

Personal: Born December 30, 1988... son of Joe and Bonnie... has one brother - Rob - and one sister - Jen... will major in sociology with the hopes of one day going into law enforcement... also enjoys playing golf... chose UB because of the academics and athletic facilities... his brother Rob pitches for the Colorado Rockies’ Class A Advanced affiliate the Modesto Nuts.
