Children's Birthday Parties

Interested in having your child's birthday party at a swimming pool?  Well we have just the place for you!

If you are interested in booking a birthday party, please complete these steps:

1. Please contact the aquatics director via email and make a formal request to have a birthday party at the pool. Please include all of your contact information and the date and time requested.  The aquatics director will check the monthly schedule and reply back within 48 hours of your initial requrest.
2. The aquatics director will then forward you our special registration/birthday party waiver via email if your date and time is available.  You and your guests must complete this form prior to the date of your scheduled party.  Anyone who will be using the pool must be listed on the waiver with all contact information provided and a parent signature must be obtained if any participants are under 16 years of age.
3. Visit our recreation office located at 130 Alumni Arena (North Campus), with your completed registration form.
4. Pay in person at the recreation office.  We suggest you do this prior to the day of your party, however, the day of your party will also work.  Please bring your receipt to the pool with you and present it to one of the two lifeguards working with your group.  Please be advised that lifeguards are not allowed to accept payments; you must pay in person at the recreation office (130 Alumni Arena).

Your guests will be allowed to use the general locker rooms to change into their swimming attire.  Please be sure that you have someone chaperone your guests in the locker rooms.  All guests must complete a very basic swim test prior to the group being allowed to participate in aquatic activities.

Available Party Days:  We can host your party on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays, depending on pool availability.

Facility:  Alumni Arena pool (North Campus) & Sanford Louge

Fee:  $150.00 for three hours of supervised pool time and birthday room activities.  Each party will be assigned two lifeguards for your group only.  They will administer the swimming test, guard your guests and run all aquatic activities for your group.
