Watson and Baccas Named Athletes of the Week

| Tony Watson II (West Palm Beach, FL/Palm Beach Gardens) of the men's basketball team averaged 27.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and a steal in wins over Toledo and Miami. He shot 68 percent from the field (17-for-25) and 67 percent from beyond the arc (12-of-18) and 9-for-9 from the free throw line. Against Toledo, Watson scored a then career-high 24 points, including six three-pointers and added five rebounds, two assists and a steal. He topped that performance with a career-best 31 points in UB's win at Miami as he shot 10-of-14 from the field and 6-of-9 from three and scored UB's final five points of the game to seal the victory. |

| Christa Baccas (Hilburn, NY/Suffern) of the women's basketball team helped lead the Bulls to a road victory at Eastern Michigan on Saturday as she finished with 15 points, hitting six of her seven shots. She also pulled down eight rebounds and had two of UB's season high 23 assists. Baccas also had three blocked shots and leads the MAC in the category. |
