Tutoring Appointment Cancellation Policy
If a session needs to be canceled, you must contact your tutor 24 hours ahead of time by email, or 4 hours ahead of time by phone to avoid inconveniencing your tutor, and causing a no-show report to be generated. Tutoring services will be suspended after 3 no-show reports.

Requesting a Different Tutor Policy
In order to request a new tutor, you must speak to the Tutorial Coordinator or Tutorial Coordinating Assistant. You will be asked if you have been following the Preparing for Tutoring Appointments directives and for specific reasons for needing a new tutor. You will also be responsible for contacting your old tutor to tell them that their services are no longer needed.
